CFHS Digital Photography website
Two locations. One day. The digital photography field trip allowed its students to roam the B&O roundhouse and explore public square. The students were ecstatic, freedom to roam, freedom to shoot any picture, any angle, any subject. With this large amount of freedom the students of digital and film photography came together and took thousands of pictures. As I roamed the two locations along with all of the other students I captured their awe and captured some students in the process of taking a shot. The concentration that makes the world around you stop, the only thing in focus is subject. The shot. As portrayed through the first two pictures. I felt it too, the way the wind stopped howling the cold stopped everything stopped. Click. The camera's shutter makes the first noise and everything rushes back. The cold returns like an unwelcome guest, the wind continues its howling and the snow continues to fall. The experience was great for all the students included and this trip will be beneficial for all future students. The first picture expresses the full concentration of the student; Joana Rittmayer.
